Navigate to the project you wish to create a network within and open Networks. Click Create a network and complete the form:
  • Network ID - unique name
  • Data center - deployment location
  • Address range - CIDR range for private IP allocation (RFC1918)
Click Create network to deploy.

Address ranges

Valid private ranges per RFC 1918:
  • 10.0.0.0/8 (10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255)
  • 172.16.0.0/12 (172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255)
  • 192.168.0.0/16 (192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255)

Deploy a virtual machine to your network

When creating a virtual machine choose the network in the Network step.
